Dear All,

Three steps of the dormitory application procedure
Step 1. Sign up online 
1)	Sign-up will start at 9:00 16th March, 2017 
2)	Log in with your course-selection account and password.  Be sure that you have paid off all the previous dormitory fees. If you would like to choose a roommate for next semester, please also fill out his/her student ID and cell phone number in the Electronic Learning Resume system.  
Step 2. Complete the application process
1)	Application period:
	Undergraduate students (female): 12:30 21st March ~ 16:00 22nd March, 2017
	Undergraduate students (male): 12:30 23th March ~ 16:00pm 24th March, 2017
	Graduated students (males/females): 12:30 27th March ~ 16:00pm 28th March, 2017
	Waiting list application: 12:30 29th March ~ 16:00 30th March, 2017
2)	Please check the above dates carefully. Space may not be available for students who fail to apply on time. 
3)	Students who have been given an accommodation priority(middle-low-income households, low-income households, physically and mentally handicapped students, international students, and freshmen) should also follow the application procedure. No application would be accepted after the deadlines.
Step 3. Pay the deposit (2,000 NT)
1)	Payment period: 12:30 30th March ~ 24:00 11th April, 2017 
2)	Be sure to pay the deposit during this period, otherwise your application will be cancelled.  The reserved space will be released to the waiting applicants. 
3)	The deposit won’t be returned to you if you give up the application afterwards for any reason other than graduation, dropping out of the school or some other irresistible reasons
※	Notes 
1) Starting 106 academic year, telephone extensions in dormitory rooms will be discontinued. However, the extensions of some public areas will be kept for residents’ convenience.
2) Though dormitory and room preference is specified by applicants, residents must cooperate with the arrangement by the Student Living Services Division due to the dormitory accommodation conditions.  
3) Residents who live in 1st and 2nd floor of Xingyun Zhuang (DormitoryⅤ) must clean out rooms before leaving during winter vacation. 
4)Residents who need to stay in a dormitory during summer or winter vacation must apply for the dormitory by a designated deadline.  
5) Please read all of the regulations carefully before completing dormitory application.
